General Terms

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
In all cases, upon cancellation of a reservation, a fee of £ 70.00 will be retained against administrative expenses. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the arrival date, a charge of £ 250.00 will be retained, if less than 7 days notice is given, the full deposit will be retained.

A FULL WEEKS DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED DURING PEAK SEASON i.e. 1st JUNE - 31 SEPTEMBER. UPON CANCELLATION THE FULL WEEKS DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK-IN TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 2PM AND CHECKOUT TIME IS 11AM. ARRANGEMENTS FOR LATE DEPARTURES MAY BE AGREED IF WE ARE NOTIFIED BEFORE ARRIVAL.

N.B. No specific flat can definitely be booked in the event that it may become unavailable.
